Are Polar Bears Genetically Isolated?

Polar bears in southeast greenland are the most genetically isolated polar bears on the planet. When we look at their genetics, that was just incredible to see. We still expect to see large declines of polar bearrs across the arctic under curret warming trajectories. Sea ice is declining rapidly, and polar bears depend on sea ice for hunting.
