Arjun Sethi: How do we make unconventional education the norm of schooling? He says key is certain cultural norms such as reaching out to five friends whenever you want to learn something. Students need a social environment where it's normal to say, hey, let's learn this together and are serious about it. Sethi: I'm working on an entrepreneurial project to create clubs, learning clubs that can be scaled.
