Is There a Need for Low Wage Noncompetes?

I learned about it by talking to a guy at a polling place. I was campaigning in a very poor neighborhood in Providence. And so I worked with the legislature and we outlawed low wage noncompetes. One could argue we should get rid of them totally. But it's time to rein them in because it's holding wages down.
