Stability and Predictability Are Important to Me

Mick came to me with some broader questions about where he might want to go to after his career in the military is over. He's realized that he has to figure out what to say yes to and what to say no to, even when there are lots of exciting opportunities coming his way. But Mick also realizes that predictability and stability are important to him. And so i invite him to refrain from asking himself "what do i say yes or no to?" instead of focusing on it.
