Devorchak is going to use dotted rhythms, bum bbum bbum to tie his first and second together. These themes, all related, unfold completely unforced as we romp our way to a full throated statement of the flute theme by the whole orchestra. A brief transition leads us to our third theme, a bright and ecstatic theme in b major. But do you notice something? It actually has a lot in common with the first s rhythm.
