Why Is It Important for Men to Do an Apprenticeship?

I'm more emphatic now than I've ever been on men spending two to three years in the workforce before they do an apprenticeship and go on to college. Trades do muck things up about in a good way because if you do a trade, you become a worker. But in our network, a lot of people are white collar trains. So blokes go into the workforce. Yeah. If they have to mark up that order, I'm happier with that than just ditching the workforce. Great. You wouldn't encourage people to do what you did.
