i wonder whether we will see that kind of rhetoric being actively deployed in these elections. i think there is a way in which thinking about judicial candidates in a kind of pro and anti democracy way might be useful, or in lieu of partisan labels right there. We're also seeing other sorts of voting, voiting rights issues that come up that aren't obviously related specifically to the big lie. And jerry mandering decisions. Right now, those are really things where candidates have clashed; incumbents have taken very clear positions on what they think of their states.
