I think one of the things that we have to get good at is compartmentalization. You have to know how to act like in this meeting or this with this client, I'm going to play this role and take notes from that point of view. But then the minute that meeting is done, just get those notes and all those documents and files and just set them aside. Because in the very next meeting, you might have a completely different role to play. That is really hard to do with your first brain, right?
