Environmental Law in China Is a Paradigm Shift

We are still in the human centered environmental protection this makes a lot of issues cannot be solved if we want to approaching a global sustainability for example transpondering river issues conflicts. There's a gap between the state law and the local law or the traditional customer law or practice of the local people in China. I'm a little bit suspicious about the green principles of the civil law code which is just adopted compare with a traditional civil law principles like a free will like a fairness those are the bridge all the individuals behavior. Thank you some careful optimism is nice.
