My Biggest Investing Mistake

The real estate, net of the debt that i'm buying is worth more than the purchase price. The downside was limited to almost nothing. And it was clearly defined and knowable what a home run investment would look like. So those are the three ingredients of a perfect investment. I will not make either of those mistakes again.
