The Vision Challenge
We want you to work out at least three times in a consecutive week this month. We are not asking you to run five Ks every morning or anything like that. For some of you that's going on a brisk walk for 20 minutes, 30 minutes. But for others it will be lifting in the gym and doing yoga at home. So please tag us when you have done it three consecutive days. And you'll be entered into the vision challenge. There are still three months left of this year for you to get your chance in to win 100 pounds.
