Putin's Upcoming Presidential Elections

Since the Wagner mutiny, Putin's effectively been forced to out-vargner as a government-controlled organization. This would certainly trigger Article 5 because Wagner would be seen as an arm of the Russian state. But I think we've said before, and I've been thinking more about this, that I think it's by no means certain that the Putin will run. If there is a consensus emerging, it's that the cabal, this sort of security clique will quietly oust him, offer him sort of retirement and kind of safety for himself and his family. Does that seem reasonable to you, Sol?
