How to Be a Great UX Designer

Ling: I think it's just so cool, your architectural background. Can you touch on some of the ways that it has? Ling: Yeah, this is like my favorite topic to talk about how I apply my training architecture in product design. At the end of the day, I see things very spatially and I see things as a big picture. It really helps when I double in product design to not just see problems as, oh, this is a button that I'm trying to solve the conversion goal for. But how it relates to the bigger problem at hand if that makes sense.
