The CBA and the Celtics

I just don't know what to make of the new CBA. Like, obviously it's very punitive. When you get higher up, I'm trying to figure out if that means teams are going to be super conservative with taking on money in general. It seems like they're going to pay Jalen Brown a five-year Supermax contract and a year from now they could theoretically trade him. But what if the market is so low for players? Maybe these types of deals become Albatrosses a lot sooner than people anticipate since it takes such a large chunk of your salary cap room.
