How Big Should the First Thing Be?

i'm always on the small side, like, the smaller the easiera esless complexity. My t biggest dream would be 30 right now at this point. i've found wat organizing events for 15 people is that completely effortless and everything's manageable. But come it just becomes more effort. Once you go above 20, then tet's suddenly like, fo, the group is going to have some kind of ten chans.
