Toto: We're going through a process of transformation right now, and what we're really looking at is this. I mean, there are some programmes in this institution that re just not meeting the quality of the institution. And so we need tob both be able to eliminate and be able to a to invest - i tell her whan, i'm not doing this to save money or to do any other thing. Every university should have the aspiration to get better, but to get better across te number of fields.
