The cereal killer, who was to become known as the happy face killer, would have been caught before at least seven more women became victims. If leverne had never falsely confessed, or perhaps if law enforcement had questioned her confession a little more and looked a little deeper into it, perhaps the real killer was still out there. The judge bars the message from the trial. It's saying it's hearsay. There's no evidentiary value and therefore cannot be introduced in john n leverne's trial.
