Shelley: There's been so much discussion around diversity at the highest levels of corporate America. Shelley: You can count on a little more than one hand the number of black women CEOs at Fortune 500 companies, Rosalind Brewer and Ursula Brunch. Shelley: Are there times when you don't want to have to be that person? But at the same time, I personally feel very fortunate that I was able to do the things I've been able to do.
