Is Measurement Really an Internal Thing?
Finance should know how to do this, right? Like they should be doing your criminality test. I think as marketers, we can kind of assume a lot of this knowledge, they just have no idea about it whatsoever. And that's a dangerous situation to be in. So you need to be really over the measurement side of things. But from your experience, is measurement really an internal thing? Are you reliant on the reports you get from agencies where the principal agent problem could become an issue?
