The New HR Experience Score Metric

The ADP Research Institute has released a new HR experience score metric. Marcus Buckingham worked for Gallup for 17 years, then left to build his own company. His father was the Chief Human Resources Officer at a pub chain with 7,000 pubs. He says he first met Don Clifton when he was 16 and they started talking about social psychology.
