The amount of people using venison in the UK at the moment is about 4%. So there's a huge headroom in order for us to grow. And I feel that that's definitely coming because we're opening these new markets, particularly NHS. The judges saw this as a win-win innovation. Forestry England were tapping into the scale of the NHS supply chain. At the end of that chain patients were being offered high quality, nutritious and healthy meat sourced from the region.
