The Effects of Intermittent Exercise on Endurance

Athletes had been using intermittent exercise since the turn of the century and you know there's the famous stories of the flying fins. So in some respects our study was really just a verification of that or another example of the evidence of that but I think it was just the very short nature the fact that we reported a doubling of endurance capacity at the same time that sort of just caught interest.
