Is Xon Controlling Their Own Operations?

80 to 90% of greenhouse gases are released by the consumer, not during manufacturing process or supply chain. Companies like shell based in europe are accounting for those and promising to cut back but Xon is refused to do that. So does it make sense to force a company to take account of how products are used? I think it's a defensible point to say they control what's within their own companies operations - let's hold them to account on what they're promising.
