I'm wondering, have you become more evangelical about change and transformation than ever before? A leader is simply somebody who sees change that needs to be done and takes action to make it happen. So i believe in in training young people, people in elementary school, to be leaders. And i do believe that gensey is very close to that. This is not a generation that sits on the side lines. This is a generation that says, everything has been blown up in my face. Everything has been desrupted, so i'm going to be destructive in this desruptive world. We need to foster that. we need to appreciate that.
