Bringing the Thoughts Above the Line
When we're fearful, our mind circles around in fear thoughts. The default of the mind is to compare to others and become aware of relationship. So it becomes really important to catch that looping fear thought creating fear in the body. Thinking of anne lamott. She said, my mind is my main problem. Almost all the time. I wish i could leave it in the fridge when i go out, but it likes to come with me.
