How the Internet Is Changing the Way We Work

The gig economy is changing the way we get around, buy things and organize our firms. The laws of what makes a firm work keep changing because it's easier to rent than it is to buy. Uber offers people who can drive all of those things; they brought the customers. There are 200 times as many bicycles in my little town that are sitting in garages not being used today compared with these other bikes lying on the street waiting for someone to rent them.
