Ukraine's NATO Membership Perspectives

Negotiations are continuing until the very last minute, I think, next week when we have the NATO Summit in Vilnius. It seems that a number of allies will sign a document under which individual allies can agree on bilateral security agreements with Ukraine. But it remains to be seen how far we can go when it comes to the Ukrainian membership perspectives.
