How to Prevent Burnout in a Tech Corporation
Google created initiatives like the 8020 rule, which allows all employees to dedicate 8% of their time to core projects, 20% their time to innovation. Can initiatives like this prevent burnout or other alternatives like higher compensation or vacation, pay time, etc? Patrick: I think it's actually a really great idea because especially in terms of burnout, but I think actually the company itself can also benefit from it as you have some time where the developers can use the creativity a bit more.
