How to Face the Challenge of Getting the First Job in UX

My job as a consultant is not to grab on and try to stay with this company. It's actually to give them more space, perhaps we do research together. But then they do the presentations and I encourage them to do all the selling to clients and stakeholders of what their work is. In those situations you're an enabler. You're not necessarily a doer. That's what people with that occupational challenge, whether they're struggling to make the evolutionary leap into life from being simple bacteria cells. The dawn of evolution.
