And you look at how we live to day as humans, is that we have one box, which is our apartment. You probably spend 23 out of the 24 hours in those boxes. And then the food rithis getting delivered to you ilike a nice little pakage thing. You get fed like a zo animal. That has got me thinking, how do i structure my life style in a way that more matches what our ancestors could have lodeed like? Have a bit of intermit fasting. Maybe work out more physical activity
