Heat Training Can Help You Perform Better in Hot Conditions

In the lead up to the Beijing Olympics in 2008. Athletes were doing a bunch of heat adaptation studies so they could run in hot conditions. The idea is one of the things heat training does is expands your plasma volume. There's some evidence that heat can be performance enhancing and perhaps health enhancing.
