When I stepped in as an aircraft commander in 2005 I got qualified and there were these moments of clarity you know for to what you're asking like when did it actually click. And it was it wasn't this instant click it was over time where you had no choice but to step into that role. It's a little bit more intensive on planning and how do you manage the aircraft and all these other things based on aerodynamics blah blah blah. So I'm leading but I'm letting them lead and I don't even have to work nearly as hard to tell everybody what to do and how to do it.
