I'm on the Outside, and Sometimes That's a Con
I think a lot of it, just like with any job, i suppose, as being really clear about what areas you think you can help and influence and grow and change. And maybe o at work with if you have a really great client sponsor on the inside, they can help smooth the ground in ways that i wouldn't about. So having a really good client partner on the inside can make all the difference as well. It's very difficult to promise certain outcomes and changes. You can always make your best gues and best try but humans are complicated.
