In hindsight, my best understanding is as this was more human failure, thats a technology failure. I mean, on the individual, on the level of an individual home a, it's, you know, it's a computer programme telling zelo hers how much we think it's worth. But number one, when they first started doing this, they had human eyeballs on every offer theyd,. multiple touch points where a person was saying, that thist make ens. As they did it more, they got more fident in their ability to get pricing right. Theyk very ambitious plans to catch up. And if they made more aggressive offers, they would be able to buy more homes
