Think about the radical decentring that's going on in these awakening experiences. Pursuing this in an auto didactic fashion is very, very dangerous. Autodidacts tend to get into echo chambers of their own egocentric entombment and entrapment. i think it is a very poor idea for people to take psychadelics without having them placed within a wisdom tradition.
