How to Build a Team of Softwer Engineers
When David Stelth was hired by Apple, the company had a small team of engineers. They were working 80 and 90 hours a week to get their new product out in time for launch. The first meeting that i went to, they said we're going to ship by the end of the year. "i thought it was a joke," he says.
