i think that what's really, really important is that your kids know that you love them. And i think when you always pick your career every single time, and your kids feel like they're just not a priorty for you at all, that is a problem. What matters is quality and king those minutes count, even though they aren't necessarily the hours and hours that you could have hoped to put in. So i think that's a big part of it. It's about, you know, really making that time count."
