Can Canada Stop Bulk Water Exports?

The Security and Prosperity Partnership seeks to commoditize all resources so that they can slip easily between the three countries. The ability for our sovereign countries to even determine what pesticide levels are acceptable for the public To consume are being subsumed under this umbrella.
