Passing Is More Than Playmaking

A good asser is someone who moves the ball to the highest leverage point on the court at any given time. Optimizing with your passing is trying to hit something of value, whether that's an open three point shooter or a cutter. I think t has value as a passer but really what we're trying to do in basketball is hit those home runs by finding your open guys for layups.
