The Challenge of Designing a Full Virtual Building Model

Full modelling, ike i call a full virtual building type model, really only happens on mega projects. The time and budgets of typical construction projects just don't have that allowance for you. I would love to build ta building down to the nuts and wells and everything but no developer or contractor wants to pay for it. It can be done. That just the industry doesn't allow the design team to bring it to that level because of the pressure to keep costs down.
