We're Moving Toward a Malti Polar World, Where the United States Cannot Bully People Around

Russia is seeing that with closer integration to china, we will be moving towards a malti polar world. And this is the hope that we keep seeing in every news article that's coming out of here. But yet, we see china really dragging its feet and jumping head first into these sorts of arrangements which could level the playing field on the international stage.
