What Is Happening in the Workforce?
Over forty million mericans have quit or resigned from their jobs, which constitutes well over one quarter of the entire work force. The system has sort of been geared for their safety and convenience. And this scheme of treating different people's work differently has been justified by calling these lower paid, mostly blue collar workers, quote, essential workers. But we should notice that until recent months, up until one might say about july or august this year, that has not happened.
