How Do You Teach Station Behaviors for Your Dog?

The dog, you know, that needs to kind of be on the go and hyper-visual it all the time. So then we ask them to station or do something that's very non-movement oriented. But for too long staying still is usually frustrating. I would incorporate those station behaviors but make sure that it doesn't last too long. The movement of the dog as well is highly rewarding for active breed.
