When we look at the interview process, the biggest thing that's changed is the information that we have received about the role. In some cases, you'll be able to spin this up with information that you've already gotten in other cases. So I just want to give you two examples of how you might do this. Adam: You can basically readjust your expectations and your compensation based on the initial expectation for what you'd be working a 40 hour week. That's what most people are doing right now. But if the average is 40 to 50 or 50 plus 60 or whatever it is, then there should be more flexibility.
