The Universality of Justice
There's a difference between the singularity of the case and the frameworks within which justice can be adjudicated. The question is no longer how to specify the rule, but rather how to provide it with the vividness which it lacks. In an artificial way, the nearest must become the most distant and the most distant, the nearest. This is the meaning of government. Remings cannot change the nature as all they can do is to change their situation and run of the observance of justice.
