The second step, rather jarkey says, sensing is how we personalize information and use it. Sensing includes reflection and putting into practice what we have learned. Often it requires experimentation, as we learn best by doing. There are down sides to thinking that we're really going to be able to manage on going learning if you picture your brain like just this map of information.
