The Horror of Gangdu
There are two like escape scenes, one when the family together escapes the quarantine and they're running around in the parking garage. But even those are mostly played for laughs. I don't find horror in the government containing them because they're so ineffective with it. That reveal is terrifying. They lobotomize him and it's horrible.
