There was no criminal intent there. There, people did not yet know who was going to win that election. The fact that the Republican slate and even the initial Democratic slate didn't prove to be the slate was not a crime. That wasn't a crime. And I guess John Loro is saying, because they are words he said, they can't be illegal. That is wrong. But he has also been saying, and I wonder what your take on this is. He is free as a citizen to say words. That's the First Amendment and to petition the government. Can you give your analysis on why he's wrong?
