Do You Feel Energetic Without Being Physically Strong?

The first two fasts were in the year 20 20. This last december i did at 14 days fast. I intended it to weigh a 21 day fast. So, once again, 14 days only water, no calories. Physically, your strength decreases, no doubt about it. If you don't eat for 14, 22, three weeks, your physical ist, your physical strength will decrease. Your muscle mass will shrink. There are effects of fasting. Everybody's body is different. And i would not advise anybody to do any kind of prolonged fasting without medical supervision and medical advice.
