This is the first episode of living with long covid and in today's episode I will talk about voice distortion as a symptom associated with long covid. The professional help that can support improvement of audibility of the voice. What we can do to try and improve our voice quality. I will discuss my personal experience of voice distortion and you will hear my voice quality as it was during recording. I hope by sharing experiences anyone living with long covid or supporting someone with long covid will feel they are not alone.
